Results & ROI
Working within our proprietary frameworks and processes, we helped Gain Theory create a consolidated platform, productise their services and change their business model—evolving from a consultancy to a hybrid consultancy and SaaS provider.
Our design for the product included a scalable UI design system, which unified their services. This in turn enabled Gain Theory consultants to empower their clients and have more fruitful, value-driven conversations.
We also helped Gain Theory to develop their internal product capabilities, and helped key talent evolve their strengths into new product roles. Our focus on developing a stronger team led us to create multifunctional teams across countries to de-silo work and establish frameworks to collaborate and move forward together.
Finally, our work with Gain Theory secured their place in the Forrester Wave—a guide for companies considering purchasing digital skills. It’s extremely rare for a company to be included so soon after redevelopment, and this was a big contributor to their ongoing growth.
